Adapt Expo - Ottawa and Ottawa Inclusive and Para Sports Expo are taking place at Carleton University (Official) on May 9 from 10 am to 3 pm, bringing together opportunities to try adaptive sports, connect with local organizations, and explore supports for people of all ages and abilities.
