2024 has been a challenging year for communications between Hydro One and the residents of West Carleton. On two separate occasions, there have been planned outages without proper communication to their customers. Below, you’ll find my letter the President and CEO of Hydro One & the Ontario Minister of Energy. Our rural Ontario residents deserve better. The company has great communication tools in place – let’s insure they use them effectively, going forward.
